Welcome to Klik'in (“we”, “our”, “us”). This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you use the Klik'in mobile application and related services (the “Service”).

What we collect
- Account data – name, email, profile photo, membership status.
- Auth + identifiers – provider (Google/Apple/email), device identifiers, Firebase IDs.
- Location data – when you enable it for check-ins and venue features.
- Contacts – when you grant access to invite or connect with friends; we only read the fields needed (name and phone) and do not upload your address book without permission.
- Calendar – if you connect it to create or sync events.
- Photos – if you upload a profile image or share media you select.
- Usage data – in-app interactions, approximate analytics, crash logs.
- Payments & entitlements – membership status and purchase receipts. We do not store card numbers.
How we use data
- Provide and maintain the Service (authentication, check-ins, memberships).
- Invite and connect with friends (if you enable Contacts).
- Show partner venues and relevant offers.
- Send notifications you opt into (e.g., check-ins, deals).
- Process purchases and manage subscriptions/entitlements.
- Prevent abuse, secure accounts, comply with law.
- Improve features and performance.
Legal bases (EU/CH)
- Contract – to provide the Service you request.
- Consent – for optional features (location, contacts, calendar, photos, marketing).
- Legitimate interests – security, service improvement, minimal analytics.
- Legal obligations – accounting, compliance.
Sharing
We share data with vendors that help us run the Service, under contracts that protect your data:
- Google Firebase (auth, database, push notifications, hosting).
- RevenueCat (manages in‑app purchase receipts and entitlements).
- Apple App Store & Google Play (payment processing for in‑app purchases).
- Crash/analytics providers (if enabled).
- Venue/partner integrations you choose to use.
- Authorities or third parties if required by law or to defend our rights.
International transfers
Your data may be processed outside Switzerland/EEA. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers.
Retention
- Account data – kept while you have an account.
- Purchase records/receipts – retained per tax and accounting laws.
- Logs/analytics – kept for the shortest practical period.
- We delete or anonymize data when no longer needed. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
Your rights
Subject to local law, you can request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time (e.g., disable a permission in Settings). Contact us at arianius@gmail.com.
Swiss/EU/UK users
If you believe your rights are infringed, you can complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or to your local EEA/UK supervisory authority.
Children
The Service is for adults (18+) only.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk. No system is 100% secure.
Changes
We may update this Policy. We’ll post the new date above and, if significant, notify you in-app.
